I think someone else is using my account

Learn how to secure your account if you believe someone else is using it.

If you haven't set up security questions or a recovery email address, there is unfortunately nothing you can do.

If you think someone else is in your account, here's how to secure it and get them out.
1. Go to account recovery
2. Choose a way to recover your account
if you choose "Enter a recovery email address"...
3. Enter the recovery email address you have set. If it matches, go to the next step
4. Change your password
if you choose "Answer security questions"...
3. Answer all of the listed security questions
4. If the answers are correct, go to the next step
5. Change your password
