Welcome to Reboot ("we," "us," "our"). Before you create a Reboot account, please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which outline the rules and regulations of our service. "Third-Party Services" refers to any external services or websites that are compatible with Reboot.
By accessing, interacting with, or using the Reboot service in any way, shape, or form, you agree to these Terms in full. You also represent and warrant that you are over the age of 13, or meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country.

Our service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE", unless explicitly stated otherwise. Reboot disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express or implied. We do not and cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the service. You acknowledge that you use Reboot at your own risk.
Other
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that Reboot is hosted in the United States. If you access Reboot from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data that differ from those of the United States, you understand and consent that:
- Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States;
- The laws of the State of Texas (excluding its conflict of law principles) will govern these Terms and any disputes between you and Reboot;
- You will bring any legal actions only in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction while waiving any objections based on lack of personal jurisdiction or forum non conveniens.
